Store help
Currently, the purpose of the Store on TripleWhiteFox.com is a way to offer club stickers to site members and, on occasion, to offer limited quanitities of parts and literature. TWF merchandise is always available through Cafepress.
Payments
All payments made through the Store go through Paypal. No financial information is collected or stored by TripleWhiteFox.com.
Accounts & Order Status
At the current time, accounts are not established for customers. This means that there is no way to check order status online after an order is placed. All status updates are done via email.
Communication
When you purchase from the Store, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive an order status update email once your order ships. Some communications may imply that your can check your order status online. At the current time, you cannot and you may receive an ‘access denied’ error if you try a link.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping & handling for stickers is via first class mail (letter) and at a fixed price (the cost of a stamp and an envelope). No tracking information is provided for first class mail.
For combined shipping on other items, please contact me. I am still learning the nuances of shipping and the store will ‘stack’ the shipping charges rather than take into account efficiencies gained from multiple items in a large box.
