Check with the company to make sure there is no name ( company logo ) on rear glass. It needs to be blank or you will lose points.

With this top can you use your original glass or do you have to get one with a new piece?

Davis Upholstery in Jacksonville, FL is the best I have seen getting and matching Mustang OEM tops.
