MUSTANG DECODERS: 1990 and 1991 VCL Decoders added
Vehicle Certification Label decoders have been added for model years 1990 and 1991. They're not perfect but should decode 99% of what is out there. Link

VIN decoder enhancement
The VIN decoder has been expanded from 1987-1993 to 1987-2006. It now also validates the check digit. 2007 and 2008 will be added in the near future. More will be added as I gather more data. Link
